Greetings fellow Monarchy members! Would like to assemble a group to go do the Healer's Heart/Sanctuary scroll quest,...I've been on it quite a few times and recently tried it solo! Not good! My vassal Taris needs the recall scroll. (he's a true, real life newbie) he's level 31...... is there a level restrict for it??
