NBII Help please?

Ok ok...
Yeah I know there is a new patch
And I know there is an update to the program NBII (Thanks TUS)
I updated Decal... I patched NBII.... but....
Have you ever seen this?
When I buff now, everything is fine until I got to type tells during buffing cycle....
As soon as I enter the tell, NBII takes a nice long 30 second pause and the letter A with an accent over it shows in public chat over and over.
You say "A'"
You say "A'"
Then it continues to buff for a few spells and starts over.
Any body have any clues on how I can fix this? I went through all my options and can't find anything.
And Don't tell me I can't talk during buffing...! LOL
