Ever since the other day when they switched the worlds back to Turbine, woohoo! I haven't been able to get decal back up, i have deleted the whole mess and everything but still nothing. Everytime i start to log in with char. it kicks me back out.

Anyone got any ideas?

Decal doesn't and will not work until the files are updated. You need to wait for those.

They are preparing a new version to cope with this patch... with a little luck it might fix your problem at the same time.
