Help!!!

I just recently got eltank everything was going fine until i click on the eltank sign on the top left corner of my screen and it comes up half way on the left top corner of my screen and it won't let me drag it to the middle please someone help

LOL was a post on here recently about that prob, i knew someoen other than me would mess it up
