Cannot install newest version of Decal (help!)

Cannot install newest version of Decal (help!)

I run windows Xp and I can run msi installers on my machine . But for some reason decals .exe installer brings up a CD prompt now that I have no idea how to get around. Anyone have any ideas?

unpack the decal installer with winrar or winzip and then run the unpacked one again
You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to.
So that when they turn their backs on you.
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.
