DECAL driving me insane

Keep getting an error :
Can not obtain updatelist.xml
No decal means no AC for me as buffing drives me insane, anyone got any bright idea?

I had a similar problem after the October patch. I ended up completely un-installing Decal
AND removing all associated registry keys. After that, I downloaded the latest version of Decal (2.6.0 I think) and made sure all plugins were currnet then re-installed everything. No problems since

Cheers, its the latest version, I uninstalled the lot and did the registry, still fubarred

Cheers Panz, copied files manually form Kazs machine , still the same thing, I need a bigger hard disc anyways (Damn you bittorent
) so will reinstall the entire lot when it shows up.
