Autofellow not working

OK, so I should be using a 10 key calculator. I loaded Auto fellow today. Am running Decal Hotkey System and Sixth Sense 2.7.1. When I try to form a fellow I receive a message in the chat box which reads, ERROR - CreateFellow :(13) mismatch . I run Windows XP (home). Any places I can go to get info on the error message or do you have a suggestion to make this work?
