Does anyone have NB version 1.2.0.0 and Filter version 1.4.0.0 that you can PM or email me?

Someone said on the NB boards that going back to these versions would fix my lag problem. I'd love to try!

I like the features of ELtank but hate it for buffing. Would like to use both.

Thanks Kero! The first one installed fine but the filter had an error and didn't finish installing. And I'm clueless

If you had the new filter installed you would most likely need to remove it first. You should just need to go to add remove programs and remove it. then try the installation again.

Ok, I uninstalled the filter and reinstalled the new one. I recieved the same error message BUT everything is installed. I logged in and it's working just fine.

I'll see what happens later when I try to log in again. The other problem I always had with NB was having to restart my computer every other time I played.

And I'll see how the lag situation is tonite.

What OS do you use?
How much RAM?
How much free space on your HDD?

I'm using Windows ME. Have 512 ram and system resoureces shows 81% free right now. But if I restart my computer it'll show 95% free . I'm not totally computer literate so not sure this is what you're looking for...but I am learning more everyday .

I've been running NB fine until about 6 weeks ago. Then all of a sudden I started having really bad lag problems. It would slowly get worse until I'd comptelely freeze up. That's when I uninstalled and reinstalled AC, replaced the NIC, added memory and umm...what else? Can't remember . Still same problem.

The problem with having to restart my computer every other time I play because of crashing to desktop has been around longer than that.

Oh, and I don't have any of these issues with Tank.

Problem one = Windows ME.

Upgrade. Windows ME is the worst operating system MS has ever created.

I know, but I'm the one who put it on this computer . The other person did . As for upgrading I'm sure that would cost a small fortune so I'll just have to keep dealing with it .
