Oracle of Dereth
I have had this problem for some time. It won't track my Portals or Lifestones.
This can be a big help when creating routes. Anyone have this working?
It has the House tracked, but nothing else.

Hmm - I use Zyrca's Orienteer II for "macro-running through the landscape". It works fine and even when AC is alt-tabbed....

Orienteer II is not plotting or planning any course. It is meant to be an addon to Orienteer which is supposed to do the plotting.
Its more of a "run recorder" :
You start the Editor, then run the route once and click "Add Waypoint" and "Add Portal" buttons accordingly.
You can even edit the resulting XML file later.
You can have multiple XML files with one or more routes each. This way you can define quest-specific (like "Elysa's Favor") and spot-specific files (like "From Subway").
When playing back a route your toon repeats the recorded run pretty accurately.
I use my notebook with ACExplorer (and ACXServer on PC) to plot courses and to track myself. Therefore O2 is exactly what I need for automating the runs.

Use Navi III :
http://www.saigumi.net/
This has all the functionality of Oracle build in, but with working portals/lifestones.
PLUS it adds spawn information.

I installed Navi III, but it won't use subway when I know it's the shortest path and I can't get it to update the database.
It's still in Alpha, so it's bound to have bugs.
