Goto: c:\Program Files\Tank
and remove the Buffspells.csv and Spells.csv
Then reinstall Tank, but this time, only do a Repair.
This should fix your problem.

If you install this and get a funky Object Errror when running it, do the following:
Goto: c:\Program Files\Tank
and remove the Buffspells.csv and Spells.csv
Then reinstall Tank, but this time, only do a Repair.
This should fix your problem.
