It has come to my attention that Nerfus Buffus 2 is no longer being supported, has anyone heard anything?

If this plugin is being no longer supported does anyone has any suggestions on the best plugin for self buffing?

Bookmark http://acheaven.buwahaha.com for all your Plugin needs

I dont know whether you can call that NB2 "Bootleg" a "supported version" and I dont know how well it works.

I changed from NB2 to Stoic Enchanter long ago.....

Stoic has several advantages compared to NB2 :

- provides profile-based mode including wield/unwield (like NB2), but also quick-buff mode like Saphire

- a profile works for both Self and Other : no need for 2 separate profiles with same basic functionality, just select Self or Other with radiobuttons when starting

- for those rare weirdos who do not have Life Magic (like myself) it supports the automated use of Elysa's Orb (H2M4) and Casting Stein (S2M4) and Healing Kits/Stamina stuff respectively. It even fills those items automatically with mana charges when necessary....

- buffs faster than NB2 (at least the NB2 I knew) because it seems to use FastCast - not so much noticable for Self buffs nowadays, but for Other and Item.

For those who like to define the spell levels (which is possible in NB2) Stoic has a disadvantage : there you only define the spell name, Stoic determines the spell level based on your current magic school skill. But you can set the skill thresholds for the different spell levels.

Hmmm .. Good review on Stoic Enchanter. Thanks for the information.

Far as I know, NB2 is being supported by its new owner/developer. All new web site and all.

But after reading about Stoic .. I may have to give it a try.

BTW .. I've been using decal tools for 4 years now. Times are changing and I expect to see old ones retire and hopefully new ones to come in ....

I got the hang of things now!
