Error 91 : Configurations

To possibly find a "least common denominator" please post your configuration here only if you see any variant of "Error 91" in the Meginjarder initialization (most likely in the IRC part).
- exact Windows version (which Service Pack and whether you did Windows Update)
- exact Internet Explorer version (from Help-About)
- exact Decal version
- 4-digit-version numbers of all installed plugins and filters and whether they are active or not
