New MJ feature available : Wanted Items list

I enhanced our MJ database and added a new feature that allows people to publish their interest in certain items.
Basically it is a copy of the Offered Items list feature I announced earlier - only working "in the opposite direction".

This feature is neither meant as a substitute for our Clan Armory board nor as a method of trading.
But it can be a convenient way for instance to look for scrolls or other specific items someone else might find.

This is a private development of mine and currently only available to LD in this form.
As I do not have access to the plugin sources I cannot enhance the plugin. So this feature is purely on the server side and therefore chat-window driven.

@member want (or /mbr want) shows the list of related commands.
In general the lines of output lists are cut at 60 characters to ensure one line per item.

As of now the lists are shown without page breaks. If this feature is used well and the list grows beyond the scrolling capability of the chat-window I will consider implementing page breaks.
