We want to make our Landblock table as complete as possible.

So please - from time to time, especially after you entered a dungeon, town or point of interest, issue the command /lb get. If the result is "Unknown location" please issue a /lb set <NameOfLocation>.
New locations after patchday are good candidates to practice the /lb command :wink:

@lb, /landblock and @landblock work as well....

Trekman .. You got me curious. What does this info give us or do for us? I never seen this command before.

More so .. how are you issuing this command? I'm getting a invalid command error here on my computers. Are you using a Decal util to get your info?

Thanks :?

The "/landblock" command and its abbreviations are part of the Meginjarder ("MJ") plugin.
This plugin communicates with a special server over the Internet (like ACStats, TreeStats, ElTank and others do).
The Last Dynasty specific MJ Server is hosted by me.

The MJ database contains a table with the numbers (also visible with the Decal-less "/loc" command) and names of ingame landblocks. This table is used in the various output options of MJ, for instance in the plugin itself or the web-based list of currently online members, so you can actually see *where* they are online. In the interest of privacy you can decide NOT to share that information by simply unchecking an option in the MJ plugin.

This landblock table is not fed automatically. In the beginning it is empty, and it only grows by toons issuing the "/landblock set....." command.

If a toon is located on a landblock that is not in the database, MJ prints "Unknown location", especially for indoor landblocks (dungeons, villa/mansion basements,....). for outdoor locations it determines the nearest known landblocks and says for instance "1.4 clicks WSW of Valley Of Death"....

Well .. You now have given me a reason to download Meginjarder and chack this out. 8) I need to come up to speed on it.
