question about castaway

ok i have been using castaway for about a week now, just to buff my toons on other account friends etc, my question is in regards to congiguring the xml and spam i have no experience in this area and would like to tweak it a bit, any help is greatly appreciated

AOL, there's a lot of help on the website you downloaded it from. It explains almost line by line.
