Why is Cho Po mad at me ?

I'm always getting the message 'Cho Po has squelched all private chat'.
Luang, lvl 126 no-magic UA/Xbow
Starting Over, lvl 190 pocket mage and tinkerer

hmmm....If he gets flooded with tells, he will squelch all chat. Don't remember the timer.
