did my toons get deleted on Green Dragon? Ldara and Todtstoy? It wont let me in for somereason.. I dont have an e-mail sayin I lot my toons

please help me

At the moment everyone's toons are gone ... there was some kind of server crash and he's been working on restoring the backup.

It's not looking good - It's seems that maybe someone hacked/deleted the data.

I think something happened with the dates ... so everyone's data looks old and gets deleted ... try changing the setting to allowing inactive toons to NEVER get deleted ... you can change it later.
